  • Business Plan: 1000 images per day

  • No automated or bot usage without prior approval
  • No attempts to reverse-engineer or extract training data
  • Users are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

5.1 Generated Content

  • You retain all rights to the virtual influencers you create
  • Generated images are yours to use commercially or personally
  • You grant us a limited license to display your content for service operation

5.2 User Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you generate, including but not limited to:

  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respecting intellectual property rights
  • Managing any adult, sensitive, or controversial content
  • Avoiding impersonation of real individuals without proper consent
  • Taking responsibility for any content that may be considered offensive or inappropriate

The Service acts solely as a tool provider and bears no responsibility for user-generated content.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

  • Payments are processed monthly via our payment provider
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

6.2 Refunds

Refund policies are determined by the service operator and may vary. Common policies include:

  • Limited or no refunds for partial billing periods
  • No rollover of unused generation limits
  • Refund eligibility may depend on usage patterns and timing of request
  • All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the service operator
  • Refund processing is handled through our payment provider's systems

7. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

10.2 User Content Responsibility

USERS ARE SOLELY AND COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Prohibited Uses:

  • Creating deepfakes or content intended to deceive others about authenticity
  • Generating non-consensual intimate images or similar harmful content
  • Impersonating or misrepresenting real individuals without authorization
  • Creating content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
  • Circumventing platform safety features or NSFW filters
  • Using content for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
  • Violating intellectual property rights through AI generation

10.3 NSFW and Mature Content Rules

If Using NSFW Features:

  • Users MUST implement proper age verification for end-users
  • Users MUST comply with all adult content regulations in their jurisdiction
  • Users MUST provide appropriate content warnings and access controls
  • Users are SOLELY responsible for any legal consequences of adult content distribution
  • Platform NSFW filtering is a tool only, not a legal compliance guarantee

Content Rating Responsibility:

  • Users must properly rate and classify all generated content
  • Age-appropriate content controls are the user's responsibility
  • Distribution to minors of inappropriate content is strictly prohibited
  • Users bear full liability for content access violations

10.4 AI Tool Nature and Limitations

This Service provides AI-powered tools for content generation. Users acknowledge that:

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

12.2 Termination by Us

  • We may terminate or suspend your account for Terms violations
  • We may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason
