Welcome to AI Influencer Studio ("we," "our," or "Service"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

AI Influencer Studio is operated by AshWeb Inc., which is responsible for your personal data in this app. AshWeb Inc. provides the platform (hosting, AI, and payments) and processes data on AshWeb Inc.'s behalf.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email address, username, password (encrypted)
Profile Information: Name, company name (if applicable)
Billing Information: Processed securely through our payment provider (we do not store card details)

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 We DO NOT:

Show your conversations to other users
Show your characters or generated content to other users — except a character you turn sharing on for ("Share to other apps & earn"), which other users of this app and of other apps on the platform can then see and chat with, as the Platform Terms describe
Use your content for training AI models without consent

4.2 We MAY Share Data With:

Service Providers: Google Cloud (hosting, AI), RunPod (AI processing), Stripe (web payments), Apple and Google (in-app purchases and sign-in), Resend (email). They process data only to provide their service to us
Legal Requirements: When required by law or legal process
Business Transfers: In case of merger, acquisition, or asset sale
With Your Consent: When you explicitly agree to sharing

How AI services process your content

To create what you ask for — replies in a conversation, photos, and videos — AI Influencer Studio sends some of your content to two outside services. We send it only to produce those results.

Google (Vertex AI on Google Cloud). We send the text of your conversations so the app can remember what matters to you and decide what a photo should show. When you create a post, we also send the photos chosen for it, including photos you uploaded. Google does not use this content to train or fine-tune its models. Google may keep a record of what we send for up to 90 days, only to check for abuse of its service.
RunPod. Your conversations, the photos you upload, and the images used to make videos are processed on computers we rent from RunPod, where the AI models we use run. RunPod's documentation states that each job, including the content we send with it, is deleted 24 hours after it is sent. RunPod's terms allow it to use content in anonymized, aggregated form to improve its own service.

We ask for your agreement the first time you use a feature that sends content to these services, before anything is sent. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings, under "Sending your words and photos to AI". After you withdraw, nothing more is sent until you agree again. If you agree before signing up, we remember it on this device and move it to your account when you sign in.

6. Data Retention

6.1 Active Accounts

Personal data retained while account is active
Your characters, content, and conversations are kept while your account is open; we do not delete them on a timer

6.2 After Account Deletion

When you delete your account, your profile, everything you created, your conversations and your files are deleted at once
Payment records (amount, date, country and receipt number — not your name or email) are kept for 10 years because tax law requires it; subscription history and credit usage are kept for 180 days
Something you shared (a character or a series) keeps running where other people already use it, but no one new can start using it; if we owe you creator earnings, we keep only what is needed to pay you (your email, country and payout account)

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Access and Control

Update or correct information at any time
Delete your account in Settings (Danger Zone → Delete Account), even while subscribed. You can also do it without signing in or having the app installed, on the /delete-account page of this app's website: enter your account's email address and open the link we send to it. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone: a web subscription ends at once, with no refund for the rest of its period, and a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled there. You can also ask us to delete your account by emailing support@ashweb.io from your account's email address

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.

9. Children's Privacy

This Service is not intended for children under 13, or under the older minimum age that applies where you live. We do not knowingly collect personal data from them; if we learn we have, we delete it. Users under 18 cannot share characters or earn from them.

10. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to sign you in, keep your session secure, and remember your settings. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Sign-up and sign-in are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

12. Connecting Instagram or TikTok

This app can connect an Instagram professional account or a TikTok account so that it can publish posts to it for you.

What data we process:

Your Instagram or TikTok account ID and username
The access token the platform issues for your account (stored encrypted) and the date it expires
The posts we publish for you: the caption, the images, the scheduled and published times, and the post ID the platform returns

How we process it: You connect your account yourself through Instagram or TikTok login, where the platform asks you to approve access. The platform then sends us the access token, we use it to read your account ID and username, and we store them in our database.

Why we process it: We use this data only to publish the posts you choose, to renew the access token before it expires, and to show you which account is connected.

How to request deletion: You can disconnect the account at any time in the settings where you connected it. When you disconnect, we delete its account ID, username and access token from our database. To have us delete the rest, including our records of the posts we published for you, email support@ashweb.io with your username on that platform. Deleting our records does not remove posts already published; you can delete those on Instagram or TikTok.
